You can choose from different ways to check in for your flight with Turkish Airlines. You have the option to check in online using the airline’s website or mobile app. You have two options for checking in at the airport: using a self-service kiosk or going to the airport counter. Turkish Airlines offers different ways to check in that are easy and efficient, so you can quickly get to your destination.
Check-in Time Online:
You can check in for your flight online through the official website. This service is available from 24 hours to 90 minutes before your flight departs.
Mobile App Check-in Time:
You can check in for your flight using the Turkish Airlines app on your mobile phone. This service is available from 24 hours before your flight until 90 minutes before your flight departs.
Self-Service Kiosk Check-in Time:
You can check in for your flight using the airport’s self-service kiosk. You can do this between 12 hours and 60 minutes before your domestic flight, or 75 minutes before your international flight.
Airport Counter Check-In Time:
You can check in for domestic flights (within Turkey) at the airport counter between 2 hours and 45 minutes before departure. For international flights, you can check in 60 minutes before departure (2 hours before departure for flights to Caracas).
You can check in for your Turkish Airlines flight online starting 24 hours before your departure time. The online check-in closes 90 minutes before your flight takes off.
Note:
You can use your mobile app to check in at certain airports. This can be done between 24 hours and 90 minutes before your flight departs. Use the app to check in and download your electronic boarding pass to your smartphone. On the day of travel, go directly to the baggage desk.
If you don’t have any bags to check in and don’t need to verify your documents at the check-in counter, you can go straight to the immigration counter.
You can use Turkish Airlines self-service kiosks at some airports to check in for your flight. You can do this between 12 hours and 1 hour before your domestic flight, or up to 75 minutes before your international flight.

Some passengers cannot use the self-service kiosk to check-in and will have to go to the airport desk to check-in.
Remember:
For domestic flights in Turkey, passengers can check in at the airport counter between 2 hours and 60 minutes before departure. For international flights, check-in is available up to 75 minutes before departure. However, at Caracas airport, the counters close 120 minutes before departure.
It’s recommended to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before your flight’s departure, even if you’ve already checked in online.
